I love drugstore make-up

In primul rand, imi pare rau ca am lipsit de pe blog atat de mult, dar din pacate problemele de sanatate si lipsa de timp, cauzata de activitatile mai intense pe partea profesionala, m-au tinut departe. Ce a fost mai greu a trecut, si ma bucur sa fiu aici din nou! Asta nu inseamna ca am neglijat blogul in totalitate: va pregatesc cateva surprize in viitorul apropiat (nu va dau nici un indiciu, ca va dati seama despre ce vorbesc si dupa aia si nu o sa mai fie nici o surpriza 🙂 )!

In the first place, I’m really sorry for my long absence from the blog, but due to some on-going health issues and to a challenging period at work, I was kept away. The worst part is gone now, and I’m so happy to be back! This time I spent away from the blog, I didn’t forget you: I’m preparing some surprises in the near future (I won’t give you any clues, ‘cause maybe you will figure it out and then it won’t be a surprise anymore 🙂 ).

Si acum sa trecem la treaba! Am fost nominalizata de simpatica&frumusica mea colega de blogosfera, Ramona, de la Beauty&BargainsByR pentru tag-ul I LOVE DRUGSTORE MAKEUP. Am acceptat sa fac acest tag, deoarece sunt de parere ca sunt foarte multe produse low-end care isi fac foarte bine treaba si nu tot timpul merita sa investim in produse foarte scumpe.

And now let’s get to work! I was nominated by my beautiful and cute colleague Ramona, from BeautyandBargainsByR, for the tag I LOVE DRUGSTORE MAKEUP. I wanted to do this tag because I really do love drugstore products, and I consider that there are some make-up products that are not worth investing too much money.

1. What is your favorite drugstore makeup brand overall?

Aici oscilez intre Essence si Miss Sporty, si pentru ca nu pot alege, le las pe amandoua :).

I must say Essence and Miss Sporty. Sorry, but I can’t choose just one of them :).

2. What are your favorite face, cheek and lip products?

Fata: Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream pentru ten uleios, in nuanta Medium, despre care v-am vorbit si in favoritele lunii decembrie, aici.

Face: Maybelline Dream pure BB Cream for oily skin, in the shade medium. I mentioned it in my december favorites post too, here.

Obraji: De cativa ani buni folosesc fardul de obraji Miss Sporty Ohh! Blushed again, in nuanta 002 Rose, si imi place foarte mult si acum.

Cheecks: For quite a few years now, I use the Miss Sporty Ohh! Blushed again blush, in the shade 002 Rose, and I still like it alot.

Buze: Nu ma satur de Maybelline Baby Lips in ultima vreme. V-am povestit despre el si aici.

Lips: I can’t get enough of the Maybelline Baby Lips lately. I talked about this product here too.

3. Least favorite product?

Momentan nu am nici un produs de acest fel. De obicei, daca am un produs care nu imi place, il dau mai departe.

I don’t have a least favorite product right now. If I don’t like a make-up product I hand it on to someone else.

4. What is the best makeup bargain?

Ador fardul de obraz Essence Blush up in nuanta 10 Heat Wave. E ca si cum ai avea mai multe nuante de fard de obraz intr-unul singur. Si este foarte pigmentat, deci economic.

I absolutly love Essence Blush Up powder blush, in the shade 10 Heat Wave. It’s like you have many shades of blush in one product. And it’s very pigmented and economic.

5. What is your favorite underdog product? (Something you love that often gets overlooked?)

Aici trebuie sa fiu de acord cu Ramona si sa nominalizez creioanele Ada. Sunt exagerat de ieftine (aproximativ 1 leu) si foarte pigmentate si variate. Sunt convinsa ca mare parte din fete le-au folosit la un moment dat.

Here I must agree with Ramona and nominate the Ada pencils (eyeliners and lipliners). They are extremly cheap, pigmented and variated. I’m sure most of the girls used them at some point.

6. A drugstore product that is overpriced?

Aici trebuie sa mentionez toata gama L’oreal. Nu neg faptul ca sunt produse foarte bune, dar sunt cam scumpe pentru segmentul in care se incadreaza.

I must say: L’oreal. I’m not denying that the products are good, but they are a little pricey for some drugstore products.

7. Show your best drugstore dupe(s)!!

Nu prea am produse high-end, deci nu am nici un produs dupe.

I don’t own to many high-end products, so I don’t have any drugstore dupes to show.

8. Drugstore product that isn’t worth the hype?

Aici as include fondurile de ten de la Avon. Nu mi-au placut niciodata, chiar daca am incercat cateva variante, si nu m-am inteles deloc ele. Poate sunt eu de vina :).

Here I must say the Avon foundations. I tried many of them, but never got along with none of them. Maybe is my fault :).
